Integration, Visualization, and Mining from Data of World Countries

This thesis explores the utilization of open data about countries around the world, particularly data in the areas of progress and quality of life. The goal was to design and implement a web application to present this data and further use the data for data mining. The integration and processing of data from open data sources were accomplished using the Apache Airflow platform. The Python framework FastAPI was used to create the API and the JavaScript library ReactJS was used to implement the web application. In the application, the indicators are categorized. Each of them can be displayed for different groups of countries, for different time periods, and in several visualizations. From the domain of data mining, clustering of countries based on a group of indicators and prediction of future development of selected indicators using regression analysis was performed. The final application is available at jakjsmenatom.cz.

User Interface for DDoS Mitigation Configuration

Denial of service (DoS) (česky odepření služby) je častý typ útoku na internetové zařízení a sítě. Za účelem mitigace těchto útoků bylo vyvinuto síťové zařízení ,,DDoS Protector''. Konfigurace tohoto zařízení však může být komplikovaná a pro efektivní funkci vyžaduje konfiguraci uživateli, kteří se dobře orientují v problematice DoS útoků. Tato práce se zaměřuje na zjednodušení konfigurace tohoto zařízení pomocí uživatelského rozhraní. Bude vyvinuto webové uživatelské rozhraní a aplikační rozhraní. Uživatelské rozhraní umožní i méně znalým uživatelům efektivně konfigurovat DDoS Protector. Aplikační rozhraní umožní dalším vývojářům integrovat konfiguraci tohoto zařízení do dalších aplikací.

This thesis focuses on the development and application of soft computing methods for data classification and analysis. Specifically, the work deals with the analysis of data from ten paracetamol drugs obtained through UV spectral analysis using the UV-IFS method. In addition to the experimental part, the thesis also addresses the development of a web application, which provides a platform for storing, analyzing, and classifying the obtained data.

The thesis deals with the design and implementation of a web application to support software team in ensuring the quality of software products. The application provides users with possibilities to create projects, requirements, risks, test cases and relationships between them. The main benefits of the application includes a wide range of customisations for demands of a specific project. The application consists of several services that run in a Docker environment. Client part of the application is implemented in TypeScript using frameworks Vue.js and Quasar.js. The server side of the application is implemented in Python using modern framework FastAPI.

Vehicle Location Detection and Distribution from Camera Images

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá detekcí a sledováním polohy vozidel. Nejdříve jsou představeny základní principy hlubokého učení a konvolučních neuronových sítí. Jsou popsány detektory objektů fungující na principu konvolučních neuronových sítí se zaměřením především na YOLO, které jsou následně porovnány z hlediska přesnosti a rychlosti. Je navržen, implementován a vyhodnocen systém pro detekci a sledování polohy vozidel s pomocí YOLOv4-tiny a SORT.
